Peak of the Market was founded in 1942, however, brand recognition was all but non-existent until the late 1990’s. Larry will talk about the public relations, charity and community involvement strategy that took the vegetable company from just another brand to “top of mind awareness” not only in Manitoba but in several provinces. The little Manitoba veggie company now ships produce across North America and sends weekly recipe e-mails to over 48,000 people in 134 countries.
Larry McIntosh joined Peak of the Market in 1994 and under his leadership the company has had its 15 best sales years in its 67-year history.
